Delete your Clube das Ilhas account and data
This page explains how to delete your Clube das Ilhas account, from Langames, and what happens to your data.
Playing as a guest, without signing in? Then we have no data about you on the server. To erase everything, just uninstall the game or go to Android Settings → Apps → Clube das Ilhas → Storage → Clear data.
Deletion is permanent. Your island, progress, Pearls and season pass will be erased and cannot be recovered or refunded.
In the game (fastest)
- Open Clube das Ilhas and sign in to your account.
- Tap Settings → Account → Delete account.
- Confirm. You are signed out immediately and your data is deleted within 30 days.
Without the game installed
- Send an email to contato@langames.com.br with the subject “Delete my account”.
- Send it from the same email as the Google account (or other provider) you use to sign in to the game, so we know the account is yours.
- We confirm the request within 15 days and delete the data within 30 days after confirmation.
What is deleted
- account data: sign-in identifier, name, email address and picture;
- profile: nickname and avatar;
- all progress: island, house, items, animals, coins, Pearls, level and achievements;
- season pass and rewards;
- friends list and visits.
What we keep for a while, as required by law
- Purchase records (order number, product, price and date): for the period required by tax and consumer laws, usually 5 years;
- Access logs (IP, date and time): 6 months, as required by Brazil’s Internet Civil Framework;
- Backups: up to 30 days, until they are replaced.
I only want to delete some data
You can ask us to delete part of your data without deleting the account, such as your friends list or messages sent to support. Write to the same email address telling us what you want deleted.
